We ship UPS Ground only. We do not ship to PO Boxes. In-stock orders ship within 2 days. You will get a tracking number when the order leaves the shop. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Yes. A lot of our catalog started as a request from a firefighter who walked in with a problem. We build custom firefighter gear bags and custom turnout gear bags in department styles (Funes, Aleman, Fehler, Corona FD, and others), custom sizes, colorways, and embroidery. Custom and embroidered items are made to order. New custom designs carry an hourly design cost and a minimum order quantity, and we will quote both before work begins. Agencies needing volume, including discontinued colors on a minimum of 10, should call or email before ordering. Custom and personalized pieces are not returnable unless there is a craftsmanship issue.

Yes. Every firefighter gear bag is handmade at our shop in Hemet, CA. We use 1000 denier Cordura, ballistic nylon, heavy cotton duck, suede leather bottoms, and YKK #10 zippers. Nothing is imported and then "finished" here.
