WHAT GOES INTO EVERY BAG
Materials chosen for the field, not the showroom
We don't use lightweight fabrics or budget hardware. Every component is picked because it holds up to heat, dirt, rough handling and years of daily use on the apparatus.
Ballistic Nylon
HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION
Originally developed for protective gear, ballistic nylon gives our gear bags a dense, rigid body that keeps its shape and protects what's inside.
Suede Leather Bottom
RUFFIAN SIGNATURE
The base of the bag takes the most punishment, so we reinforce it with suede leather. It's the detail crews recognize as a Ruffian bag.
YKK Zippers
#10 HEAVY DUTY
Zippers are the first thing to fail on cheap bags. We use large #10 YKK zippers that stay smooth when the bag is packed full.
3M Reflective Tape
1 1/2" SILVER
High-visibility reflective tape so your bag is easy to spot on the scene, in a dark staging area or in the back of the engine.
Field-Ready Hardware
BUCKLES, D-RINGS, SNAP HOOKS
Side release buckles, padded shoulder harnesses, Internal D rings, and ALICE clips.
