We found these bags stored improperly for our standards. Bags are in no way defective. Once full of gear they will be just fine. We couldn’t sell them for full price with reflective tape bent and looking like this. This is one of our premium products.  Vinyl lined with a suede bottom.  

This fire hydrant tool bag is constructed of ballistic nylon with vinyl liner and double stitched seams for a long service life. Heavy poly suede leather wrapped handles and YKK #10 zippers. The large size measures 21"l x 8"h x 8"w with a suede leather bottom for extra durability.
